OFFICE HOURS: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.

CANCELLATIONS: 1–2–1/ 2–2–1 lessons cancelled without 24 hr notice will still be charged for the lesson.
Parents/guardians are expected to accompany their children to all lessons and stay for the duration. Parents are also expected to ensure their children behave whilst waiting for their lessons on poolside (NO RUNNING, SWIMMING WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION OR PLAYING WITH FLOATS AND TOYS ON POOLSIDE etc.).
No photographs are allowed to be taken on-site without permission.
REFUNDS/CREDITS – Please note, we do not issue refunds for the swimming course unless there is a serious medical issue such a broken bones/hospitalisation (not flu/colds) – evidence will need to be provided. Cancelled lessons are rare, but in the event of a cancelled lesson, you will be offered a makeup session. If we cannot offer a makeup session, you will be credited for the missed lesson for the next term. If you decide at the end of term, that you do not wish to rebook, then a refund will be issued at the end of term for the missed lesson.
If your child misses a lesson due to common illness, you can request a make-up lesson.
The majority of our venues require children over the age of 8 years old to use their gender-appropriate changing rooms. E.g. No ten-year-old males in the female changing rooms etc.
Swimming at the Holiday Inn in the public area is not permitted unless you are a pool/gym member.
